Supercross 2011

It's that time of year again, Supercross here in Phoenix. We took the boys to the Kawasaki place to get autographs of some of the Kawi riders. Waited in line for a little over 2hrs, but we got some cool giveaways, actually our numbers were drawn 5 times. Here's Levi & the boys waiting................

Snow In The Desert!

This is where we go riding motorcycles. (just about 20miles out of Mesa) As I was taking pics yesterday it was snowing on us.......not something you see here very often. The last time it snowed here was when we 1st moved back to Arizona and that was at the end of 2006.

Keith is now 15! I just can't believe it. Here is his door decorated for his special day.

Diaper Cakes

My First Diaper Cake. Were having a baby shower for one of the ladies at work so I made a diaper cake. I also made another one for some friends of ours that just had a baby a couple of weeks ago.

Scarecrow - 2010

So we decided we wanted some fall decorations in the front yard this year. So instead of doing Halloween we decided to do a scarecrow that we could leave up until we put up our Christmas decorations. Here are some pics of us creating him.

This first pic is what happens when you give me a building project. Leave the crafty stuff to me but not the building as you can see. Levi was at work and me being the impatient person I am couldn't wait so I got the drill, screws and wood out and tried doing it myself. Well as you can see I couldn't quite get the screw all the way in so I got irritated and just hammered it the rest of the way. One of the screws bent and so I just kept hitting it until it was flat with the wood and the other completely broke off.... it worked and its still together.....for now!
So here's his face. I took yarn and sewed all the face. Two cuteys!

Here he is done, with the straw added to the hands/legs. He's not up in the yard yet...after the whole hammer thing, I figured Levi probably should be the one to hammer him in the ground. Can't wait to get him up! More pics when its done........
